ENGINEERING

To ensure successful implementation, the LightronX team works hand-in-hand with clients through every phase of their project. Together, we develop tailored concepts that include system planning, task definition, migration strategy development, system installation, interface integration, and the final deployment of the solution.

DATA MIGRATION

We handle the migration of your existing cabling data, as well as data from external systems—whether provided via files or accessed online. Customers are actively involved in defining how the data should be structured and any necessary integrations. Our team ensures that all required data is reliably imported into the LightronX® database.

TRAINING

Following data migration, your team will participate in an initial three-day training course to ensure confident use of the platform. Additionally, key personnel can receive advanced training covering all necessary functions for data acquisition, system administration, and effective management of LightronX®.
